Key Responsibilities (Implicit for an MR):
As a Medical Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promote and sell Alembic Pharma’s Cardio-Diabetic product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement marketing strategies effectively to maximize product reach.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to the management.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative, specifically within the Cardio-Diabetic therapeutic area.
- Familiarity with the North Delhi (Model Town Belt) or West Delhi (Janakpuri Dwarka Belt) territories is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives.
- Age not exceeding 25 years.
