Job Details: Area Sales Manager (Cardio Diabetic)
Join a leading pharmaceutical company as an Area Sales Manager (1st Line) specializing in the high-growth Cardio Diabetic segment. We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to drive sales and manage territories across key regions in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for Cardio Diabetic products within the assigned territory.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Compensation:
Competitive CTC package Up to 8 LPA, based on your experience and interview performance.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Cardio Diabetic segment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and product knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
