Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead field sales teams in assigned territories
Achieve sales targets and business objectives for respective divisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stockists, and distributors
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Conduct regular field visits and team reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations

Eligibility Criteria

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as Area Sales Manager (ASM) in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in relevant therapy areas will be preferred

Age Limit:

Maximum 36 years

Educational Qualification:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Pharma Marketing) / Life Sciences Graduate

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
