Medi Pharma Konnect is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Manager (3rd line) to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This pivotal role focuses on the high-growth Diabetic / Insulin therapeutic segment.
Key Responsibilities & Locations:
As a Zonal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving business growth across significant regions. We are hiring for the following territories:
- Bangalore: Entire Karnataka
- Chennai: Tamil Nadu + Kerala
- Delhi: Delhi + Punjab + Rajasthan
- Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh + Telangana
- Lucknow: Entire Uttar Pradesh (UP)
- Mumbai: Mumbai + Gujarat
- Nagpur: Maharashtra (Exclude Mumbai) + Madhya Pradesh (MP) + Chhattisgarh (CG)
- Patna: Orissa + Bihar + Jharkhand
Compensation:
An attractive compensation package is on offer for the right candidate, with a CTC up to 23.00 LPA.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for seasoned professionals with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical sales sector. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Extensive experience in the Diabetic / Insulin specialty segment.
- Currently working as a Zonal Manager (3rd line) or equivalent role for at least 2 years in current and past companies.
- Strong exposure and in-depth knowledge of the specified territories.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
