We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to join Wallace Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader to manage and grow our business in the Cardio Diabetic segment, based out of Bangalore.

About the Role:
As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, and ensuring strong brand presence within the Cardio Diabetic segment across your designated zone. You will drive performance, provide mentorship, and contribute significantly to the overall growth of Wallace Pharma.
Responsibilities (Typical for a ZSM Role):
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives to achieve zonal sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored for the Cardio Diabetic segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure effective product promotion, brand building, and sustained growth within the assigned zone.
- Oversee sales operations, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Conduct regular field visits, provide on-the-job training, and continuous coaching to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications (Typical for a ZSM Role):
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with significant experience as an Area Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager.
- Prior experience in the Cardio Diabetic segment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven with a strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
