Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in handling and mentoring a large field force
- Strong exposure to Gynaecology therapy segment
- Ability to drive sales strategy, execution, and team productivity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in managing multiple HQs and large territories will be preferred
