- As a DSM, you will lead a team of medical representatives, driving sales performance and market growth in your assigned division.
Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Opportunities
- Locations: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata
- Compensation (CTC): Up to ₹25 LPA
- Age Limit: Up to 42 years
- As an RSM, you will oversee multiple divisions, strategizing and executing regional sales plans to achieve ambitious targets across the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Requirements for Pharma Sales Management Roles:
- Proven pharma sales experience in any segment (e.g., Cardiology, Dermatology, Oncology, etc.).
- Mandatory team handling experience, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market.
