Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Representative, your primary goal will be to promote and sell pharmaceutical products within your assigned territories (Bareilly and Etah). Key responsibilities include:
- Promote and sell a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
- Conduct effective product presentations and educational sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Segments within the pharmaceutical sales industry.
- Age: Up to 28 years.
