Position Details:
- Designation: Therapy Manager / Medical Representative
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Cipla’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
- Provide accurate product information and address queries.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Sc or B. Pharma (Must have a valid degree).
- Transportation: Must have their own two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation abilities, and a go-getter attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 1st Month: Internship with a generous stipend of ₹20,000 per month.
- After 1 Month: Upon successful completion of internship, CTC would be ₹4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
