Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Cardio Diabetic segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure effective product promotion and distribution strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: Upto 8 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Cardio Diabetic segment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
