Job Details: Urgent Territory Manager Pharma Sales Opening
An urgent and exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and experienced Territory Managers (TM) to join the dynamic Cipla Ltd (Inspira division) team. We are actively seeking dedicated pharma sales professionals to cover key headquarters in Bulandshahr and Meerut.
Position Overview:
- Post: Territory Manager (TM) / Pharma Sales Executive
- Company: CIPLA LTD (INSPIRA Division)
- Headquarters (HQ): Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh
- Headquarters (HQ): Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote and sell a range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, etc.) within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders and medical practitioners.
- Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities as per company guidelines.
- Provide timely market intelligence and feedback to the Area Business Manager (ABM).
- Manage territory sales reports and administrative tasks efficiently.
Candidate Criteria & Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Territory Manager or Medical Representative is mandatory. This experience MUST be on the same HQ (Bulandshahr or Meerut).
- Freshers: Unfortunately, fresh graduates or candidates without prior relevant experience will not be considered for this urgent opening.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be up to 29 years of age.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and product knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
