As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to regional management.

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Area Business Manager (ABM) in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong understanding of the Guwahati healthcare market and established relationships with HCPs in the mentioned specialties is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
