Job Description

As an SCE in the Super Speciality Division, you will be responsible for promoting our specialized patient product to a targeted group of medical specialists. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a background in pharmaceutical sales who thrive in a focused, high-reward environment. With only one key patient product currently in promotion, you’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in its benefits and applications, ensuring maximum impact in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the assigned patient product exclusively to targeted specialists, including Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Podiatrists, and Vascular Surgeons.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to highlight product efficacy and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical staff in your assigned headquarters (South Delhi + Faridabad or Jaipur).
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, territory management, and effective follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from specialists to inform promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies during promotions.
• Submit timely reports on daily activities, sales performance, and customer interactions.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Education: Science Graduate, B Pharma, D Pharma, or BSc (from a recognized university).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical sales or a related field (prior experience in medical representation is preferred).
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with medical professionals.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, especially in super speciality areas.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (South Delhi + Faridabad or Jaipur).
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and data management.
• Other: Willingness to work in a target-driven environment; candidates with local knowledge of the HQ areas will be preferred.
