We are urgently seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Business Manager to join our Critical Care Division. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing organization with a strong global presence.
Position: Business Manager (Medical Representative)
Locations (Headquarters):
- Kolhapur
- Sangli
- Nagar Road (covering Hadapsar, Pune)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales strategies for the Critical Care Division in the assigned headquarters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutes.
- Promote Pranada Biopharma’s innovative cardiac emergency brands to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure sustained growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotion.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities.
Candidate Preferences:
- Local Candidates Only: Candidates residing in or near the specified headquarters (Kolhapur, Sangli, or Nagar Road/Hadapsar, Pune) will be given preference.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate from a Science stream (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharma, or equivalent).
- Experience:
- Mandatory experience in Critical Care sales/marketing.
- Prior work experience in the same headquarters as applied for is essential.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in cardiac or critical care products.
Compensation:
- CTC: Best as per industry norms, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
